Building Access - Flood Recovery Update
We are pleased to announce that building access has been fully reinstated following the January floods. Foyer access is now from the visitor car park,

The recent opening of the Kelvin Grove library revealed the efforts of the design team to deliver an outstanding interior fitout programme that has engendered a new energy to the building. The heart of the building is a new connecting stair with an integrated book art ceiling conceived by the design team and delivered by UAP.

Peddle Thorp’s AMP Place building constructed post 1974 flood incorporated many elements that saved it from the damage and inconvenience in the 2010 floods. Read more about it the Courier Mail story.

MilperaPeddle Thorp Donates to Milpera School
As part of our continuous IT infrastructure upgrade, Peddle Thorp are donating surplus computers to the Milpera Special school at Chelmer to assist in their flood recovery.  Milpera supports children of recent migrants and refugees prior to joining mainstream school education.

Peddle Thorp in conjunction with our Shanghai office are currently in the schematic design of the Poly Jianhu Cultural Plaza in Ningbo China.

 

HSN Training Centre
Construction completion expected at the end of 2011 for Holy Spirit Northside Hospitals’ new 3 level extension which will incorporate an education and skills training centre funded by the Commonwealth Government.
