Peddle Thorp / Architects was established in Queensland in 1963, when the Peddle Thorp Partnerships (founded in Sydney in 1889) expanded into new markets. The company currently operates practices in Brisbane, Cairns, Jakarta, Gold Coast and Shanghai and has associate offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Port Moresby, Auckland, Wellington, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Ho Chi Minh City.
