QUT Gardens Theatre Queensland University of Technology, Brisbane, Australia
	images	The project involves construction of an elegant foyer space for 400 patrons located adjacent to the Brisbane's City Gardens, refurbishment of the theatre auditorium and extension and refurbishment of the adjacent 5 level tower building for the university administration and academic offices. Associated works include reconstruction of the adjacent courtyard associated with the student refectory and retail outlets. Complementing South Bank's facilities, the theatre is an ideal size for student and community art performance. The new theatre will provide affordable access to an estimated 80 community arts groups, and enable QUT Academy of the Arts to showcase its student and visitor performances attracting some 20,000 patrons a year.
