SUSTAINABILITY

/

/

At Peddle Thorp, we believe that architecture has the power to shape a more sustainable and resilient future. We assist our clients to identify Environmentally Sustainable Design [ESD] opportunities, source systems and materials that are ready for the market, and fostering community engagement. We advocate realistic initiatives during the early stage of design and strive to create spaces that exert positive environmental impact, thoughtful use of resources, and enhance the well-being of occupants.

"The significance of decision made during design becomes evident following construction. Only after years of use do the true costs of maintaining, repairing, and modifying a building start to emerge. By incorporating sustainable design principles we can reduce ongoing costs."

Peddle Thorp embraces sustainability based on three key principles:

Improve Peddle Thorp Sustainability Culture

Improve and embrace sustainable design through our projects

Engage in sustainability education for both staff and clients
