Belden Coutts

Belden Coutts

Architectural Student

Belden had known from a young age that he wanted to become an architect, and he is well on his way to achieving this ambition. Currently working part time whilst studying a Master of Architecture Degree, Belden is immersing himself in the responsibilities involved with design and documentation at various stages of multiple projects across Queensland.

Although a Brisbane Resident now, Belden was raised in Cairns, where much of his work thus far has been focused. With his local insight, he brings an understanding of the appropriate architectural responses to the region’s climate, social dynamics, and opportunities to each project.

An energetic and highly motivated creative, Belden aims to connect people to their built surroundings through meticulous and thoughtful designing of spaces both intimate and shared.

Belden enjoys being surrounded by well-established innovative professionals whilst expanding his education within an architecture practice, and seeks out challenging tasks with enthusiasm.
