The house on a small lot, along the foreshore of Moreton Bay makes a strong statement both at an exterior and interior level. The house is planned as two pavilions separating living areas and private bedroom
spaces.

A private courtyard space between the major elements are linked by a steel and glass stair and bridge. A large entertainment balcony faces the bay and flows out from the living areas as a seamless design.
