Peddle Thorp have been undertaking master planning for the redevelopment and expansion of the Mater Hospital in Townsville. The first stage of the development included additional operating theatres, ward rooms, support areas and a new front entry and foyer which signalled a re-focus of the arrival experience for the hospital and revitalised the major hospital precinct. Additional projects include a new medical centre, multi-storey car parking and further in-patient accommodation.
