The St Vincent’s Private Hospital Northside new Hybrid Theatre, expanding the existing department to 9 theatres, provides state of the art theatre equipment that combines a traditional operating theatre with image guided interventional radiology. Thus, providing patients minimally invasive cardiovascular and endovascular surgery with faster recovery times.

In addition to the Hybrid Theatre, the refurbishment scope provided 2 additional ICU Beds, 2 additional Recovery Bays and relocation of the Staff Change and Dining room facilities. The development also provides improvement to the patient flow through the complex, with a new lift and ground level walkway connecting the hospital’s main entry to the Prince Charles Hospital, and improvements to the drop off.
